This is to inform all that For  the financial year 2019-20, you can pay the full year maintenance charges before or on May 15, 2019 and avail concession of one month maintenance charges. So please hurry and deposit cheque for the full year with the society office before the due date date of May 15  and avail the concession.

In case you have decided not to pay the maintenance charges for the full year in one go, then henceforth you are requested to pay maintenance charges on quarterly basis. For this quarter the due date is May 15.

Also if you happen to miss the due date for some reason, delay payment charges will become applicable. So please don't miss the due date.

If you have already paid for the months of April and May 2019, you can deduct this amount while making payments for the year or for the quarter.

There will be no concession with regard to DG charges.

Dear Residents

This is to inform that the AGM held on May 5,2019 has decided that the parking charges for the first car shall continue to be free as per the existing norms.

However, in respect of the 2nd car the parking charges have been enhanced to Rs 300/ pm and for the third car it shall be Rs.700/ pm. The enhanced rate shall be applicable from the month of June 2019.

This shall be applicable to tenants and owners who have yet not become member of the Society.

You are therefore kindly requested to pay the car park charges accordingly from the month of June 2019.

Dear Residents,

This is to inform that we have taken water meter reading of your flat for the month of April 2019. This has been circulated among the residents. Please note your water consumption. If it is more than 20 units in a month, we request you to save water and reduce your water consumption to maximum of 20 units in a month. The AGM held onMay 5, 2019 has decided to charge water consumtion if it exceeds 20 units in a month as per government norms, from the month of June 2019.

You would appreciate that due to short supply of water by Delhi Jal Board, we are resorting to purchase of water tankers every second or third day. Each tanker costs Rs.4000/. In one month we have purchased ten tankers costing Rs.40,000/.  It is thus necessary to save water for avoiding this hefty expenditure which the members will have to bear through the maintenance charges.
